DG Cortex only sends texts you asked for or turned on: a link to download the app when you request it on a call with our voice agent, the briefings and results you switch on in the app (Personalize › Preferences › How Cortex reaches you), replies when you text Cortex, and the texts you ask Cortex to send on your behalf to people you choose. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
Reply STOP to any message we send. You will receive one confirmation message and no further SMS. You can also switch texts off in the app under How Cortex reaches you, revoke consent verbally on any future call, or email privacy@dg-cortex.com.

Depends on what you turn on: one text when you ask for a download link or ask Cortex to send a text, and up to a few texts a day while briefings and results are on. You can switch texts off in the app at any time or reply STOP. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How do I get the DG Cortex app?
On iPhone, download it free from the App Store (iOS 26.2 or later). Other platforms are on the way: leave your email on the homepage and we'll let you know the day they land.
I didn't receive a text — what now?
Check that your phone can receive SMS from short and long codes, that the number verified in the app is the one you are looking at, and that you have not previously replied STOP to our messages. If you still don't receive it, email support@dg-cortex.com and we'll check the delivery on our side.
I replied STOP by accident. How do I opt back in?
Reply START to the same number, or verify your number and turn texts back on in the app. Cortex texts you again only after that fresh opt-in.
Will I get marketing or recurring messages?
No marketing or promotional messages, ever. Recurring texts arrive only if you turned them on — a daily briefing you asked for, or the results of something you asked Cortex to do — and you can switch them off in the app or reply STOP at any time.
How do I delete my account or data?
Email privacy@dg-cortex.com from the address associated with your account. See our Privacy Policy for details on data retention.
